Biography
James became certified as a
trainer when he was eighteen years old after moving to Los Angeles from
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Over the years, he has designed and implemented
creative nutritional and exercise programs for clients with various
capabilities and limitations. He works with people of all ages, from
high school students and college athletes to senior citizens.
James recently graduated from California
State University Northridge with a Master's in exercise physiology. He
also works at the university teaching strength training to many
collegiate athletes and co-eds.
James has over ten years of experience as a
certified personal trainer with a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology.
He also brings his unique skills as a professional natural bodybuilder
to help his clients build muscle, gain definition and re-shape their
bodies. He can help anyone achieve their fitness goals.
When James was eighteen years old, he became certified as a personal
trainer. Over the years, he has designed and implemented creative
nutritional and exercise programs for clients with various capabilities
and limitations. He works with people of all ages, from high school
students and college athletes to senior citizens.
James draws from his years of experience to provide individuals with a
functional fitness plan; fitness that takes into account the unique
health and fitness issues of each client and functions in the real world
of busy, stressful lives. He creates customized programs for each client
to help achieve maximum results. He recognizes no two people are the
same, and no two people have the same fitness needs and goals.
James is also a professional natural bodybuilder through two
organizations, the NGA and Musclemania. He recently won the title of Mr.
Natural California. James first started bodybuilding to gain size and
strength for Tae Kwon Do tournaments, and became the Wisconsin State
Champion in 1994. He has been bodybuilding ever since and has been very
successful at making a living out of his passion.
James recently graduated from California State University Northridge
with a Master's in exercise physiology. He also works at the university
teaching strength training to many collegiate athletes and co-eds.

training services at gyms or clients' private homes located within
Southern California including: Calabasas, Malibu, Woodland Hills,

Biography
Debby McKnight has over 20
years experience as a personal trainer. She is skilled and experienced
in working with clients of all levels of fitness - from beginners and
geriatrics to competitive athletes and bodybuilders, fitness and figure
competitors. As a mother and grandmother, Debbie is a great example of
how to live the fitness lifestyle.
Debbie is available for personal
training in Woodland Hills, California.
Debby is also a well-known former competitive
bodybuilder.

In the first four months
